Boston Jerk Fest 2022

We were happy to join Boston's Jerk Fest another year for a beautiful day of spices, food, and community.

Our chef Kwasi had a great time and a bit of friendly competition with chef Mills at this year's Seafood Showdown, highlighting the secret ingredient: Skate!

He was very happy to bring home a win for team CK with a beautiful and delicious plate of Za’atar Brown Butter Skate Wing, with jerk braised greens, garlic scapes, butter breakfast, and red radishes.
