Join us for our second installment of Comfort Kitchen's Intimate Dinner Series featuring SUYO Pisco.

Pisco is a spirit of gastronomy — we'll be showcasing this and exploring its origins through a unique tasting menu with pairings that focus on the harmony of Pisco and Peruvian/Asian/African among other ingredients.

Alex Hildebrandt, will be present to share the vision of the brand that he and co-founder Ian Leggett created to celebrate their diverse backgrounds while exploring the unique origins of Pisco and collaborating with artisanal producers in Peru.

Isaiah Sergeant, SUYO Brand Ambassador and Bartender at Eleven Madison park, will also be curating a set of cocktails and behind the bar.

Tickets include coursed dinner, beverage pairing and special tastings.

ABOUT SUYO PISCO

Peruvian-Americans Alex Hildebrandt and Ian Leggett began a passion project in 2019 in search of their favorite piscos. They quickly realized that the expressions of the spirit they loved the most were completely unknown outside of their regions of production, let alone outside of Peru. This is when they decided to create SUYO. SUYO partners with family-owned vineyards to share limited-batch piscos distilled from single origin grapes, celebrating the distinctive terroir and distillation traditions that make each batch of pisco unique.
