About Tunde Wey — a nigerian artist, cook and writer who uses nigerian food to interrogate colonialism, capitalism and racism. He had been featured in The New York Times, NPR, GQ, The Washington Post, VOGUE, Black Enterprise, Food and Wine, and his writing has appeared in the Oxford American, Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle, Roads & Kingdom and a couple cookbooks/ anthologies.
